Energy Service Delivery

Veolia has a suite of service related tools designed to provide our customers a higher quality of service.

These tools and platforms include:

  • Our mobility solution: field service technicians kitted with PDA’s for the receipt and management of maintenance and repairs calls
  • Our customer service centre (CSC): a dedicated customer relations centre – for receipt and management of customer emergency calls and maintenance deployment
  • Our external web portal – for real time call status and SLA monitoring.

What is Veolia’s mobility solution, which forms a part of our energy service delivery model?

Internally developed, our mobility solution is a hand-held electronic device for our Service Technicians, which facilitates communication by allowing access to core information directly from the device.  These devices automate job notifications, ensure work is allocated efficiently, provide vital on-the-job information and provide our staff the ability to manage their time and assets on site.

Additional information can be found on our other maintenance technologies sub-page.

What is Veolia’s customer service centre, which forms a part of our energy service delivery model?

The Customer Service Centre (CSC) is a key focal point with Veolia’s customers.  Therefore, the way that operators deal with requests and problems is vital.

Their standard of service will be tracked continually so as to ensure that the service provided is always friendly whatever the circumstances, prompt, helpful, proactive and responsive.

What is Veolia’s external web portal, which forms a part of our energy service delivery model?

With our web portal, customers can log in online to both raise and check the status of service calls.  Customers can also search and review their service history for a site, status of open service calls and search archived calls.
