Veolia, European champion in company sports games

At the 24th European championship, held in Bordeaux from 14 to 18 June, Veolia teams stood out from nearly 8,000 other women and men athletes. The results? No fewer than 137 medals and a first place in the Group colors.

The 2023 European company sports games brought together nearly 8,000 athletes from 400 companies in 40 European countries to compete in 33 sporting disciplines over 4 days. United under the same banner, the 192 athletes from the Group - a major winner of this championship since 2015 - gave their all to achieve, once again, first place together.

Estelle Brachlianoff, Chief Executive Officer of Veolia, praised their determination and team spirit:

Our employees are a reflection of the Group. Throughout this competition, they have shown determination and commitment, and have given it their all to achieve excellence. We're a big family, convinced that collaboration and camaraderie are the cornerstones of success, in sport as in ecological transformation! Congratulations to all!
