We ensure the availability and quality of energy. In the Czech Republic, we designed, built and operate an 8.6-megawatt heating and 2-megawatt cooling network for Centrum Babylon Liberec. Subsequently, the mall and its retailers saw a reduction in their energy bills.

We optimize operations through interactive and detailed reporting. In the United Arab Emirates, we provide reports on water and energy savings for each store in the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai.

We are using cogeneration systems to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. In Chongqing, China, a trigeneration plant supplies energy to the 120,000 m² of retail space in the Jiaheyumao mall.

We provide technical expertise and ensure regulatory compliance, with solutions for indoor air quality. In Houston, in the United States, we have improved the service provision for the 240,000 m² of retail space at the Galleria Mall.
