Balers & Bales

We provide a number of different baler sizes, which turn recyclables into bales for easy transport and potential export.

What is a baler?

Made out of heavy duty steel, a baler is stationary and can only be transported via flatbed truck.

What are standard baler sizes?

Standard sizes range from 50 to 550 kilograms.

Which waste types are typically collected in baler?

Waste types typically collected include:

  • Commingled – glass, plastic, bottles, aluminium and steel cans.
  • Cardboard

When are balers suitable?

Balers are suitable for baled volumes of recyclables, and automatic balers are mainly for plastics (HDPE & LDPE), cardboard and aluminium in baled form.

As part of our Always Safe program, we provide operator training and safe work instructions upon installation.
